Very unprofessional. As a hairstylist myself I have never inconvenienced a client the way that Josh inconvenienced my son. I’m pretty flexible and und...erstanding, but not only did he ask me to change my sons appointment time, which I agreed to knowing it would make him late to school. He then texted me the morning of his appointment telling me he didn’t have access to the shop because his coworker had his keys. Although he offered a free hair cut he asked me to reschedule his appointment yet again. This type of unprofessionalism is why I steer clear of certain “professionals”. So, now my son is late for school with no haircut. Thanks Josh! Show more

Ma’am again I apologize for the whole inconvenience. I’m human and it was an honest mistake. Key or not 20 min late is actually considered a no show. The situation could have been completely different.
