I’ve been going to this salon for 2 years straight, way before she started to work here and I’ve never had an issue, by far the RUDEST nail tech I’ve ...ever come across. It took 2 hours for a dip mani that was terrible (the nail polish was all over my cuticles and I didn’t notice until I left) and during the process she was huffing and puffing the entire time, she wouldn’t address me to move onto my other hand she would rudely point to what she needed, she filed aggressively and I think what triggered her was that I told her my nails were sensitive (meaning to be a little bit thoughtful of the fact) not to not file my nails. I only tipped her because I was so embarrassed for her and my loyalty to the salon, Erika and Fernanda was the reason why I tipped her but a week later I’m submitting this because my dip was terrible and I’m on my way to go fix this mess somewhere else. However we didn’t expect this review a week in after your appointment. Once your service was finished you told us your nails looked perfect. If once you left you realized that was not the case we would have appreciated a call from you to let us know your discomfort and we would have immediately accommodated you and have redone your nails at no cost.
