Communication was horrible. Let me set the stage. My mother in law passed away, we hired the barber to cut her hair for her final viewing. We booked t...he appointment days in advanced and it was confirmed. I emailed the barber days before asking if he was ok with the services. No reply. I texted the barber the day of and early. Again no reply. Now it’s for a burial it’s something you can’t wait for last minute. A hr before the appointment he finally reply but asking for the address when it was provided in the email. He’s a hour away. He charged $80 for mobile but we was paying him $300 for travel time .we found another barber. If I could give zero stars I would

Next time put it in the notes on the app or call. Your email was sent to spam so therefor I wasn't notified. So many people book me for mobile cuts and e I wasn't notified. So many people book me for mobile cuts inute on the day of when you live an hour away. If there were stars client's you would get none as well. Sorry for your lost.
