My son started his loc journey in September and wasn't happy with what the stylist had been doing at another location. He went here and she divided hi...s locs to make them smaller plus washed. His previous stylist I guess wouldn't wash his hair until they matured. So he had not had a wash in over three months. His hair looks great. He is happy. Show more

Very unprofessional, I booked an appointment for 3:15 and at 4:30, no one has started on my hair. The young lady (Kam) was apparently eating for about... 45 mins, while her clients waited with their hair wet. Natural Box Braids ($5 booking deposit)

Took my daughter for 2 strand twist which she has had this style at least 4 times previously. This time her hair was in individual ponytails with rubb...er bands at the top and 2 strand twisted down the length of her hair but NO rubbers bands to secure the ends of her hair. Not even an 2 hours later her hair started unraveling. It took me an hour and 45 minutes to retwist and put rubber bands on the ends of her hair. VERY DISAPPOINTED after paying for a service that was done incorrectly even after showing a picture and having the same style done several times before. I had someone else pick her up because i was at work. I really wish i would've been there because i would had her correct it or i would have only paid half price:( Show more
