Actual hair style was great when he finally made it to the chair, but appointments don't mean anything. It would have been great to have known up fron...t that this place is a first come first serve even if you have an appointment. I booked for 3:30pm-5pm for wash, re-twist, and style. Did not get in the chair until ~6pm-6:30pm. I have no problem waiting if it is going to be similar to a barbershop (first come, first serve), just would be nice to know up front and not be allowed to make appointments if appointments don't matter. Otherwise, the ladies were nice and did a good job on the actual washing/styling Show more

I wish I could give more stars. This is our 10 year olds second visit and the service and atmosphere are amazing. I used to use Dealove services many ...years ago. I moved away and came back couldn’t think of anyone to do our hair. I said I wonder if she is still in Anniston. Looked her up. And it’s been great every since.
