Melany was super kind but my I felt ripped off and embarrassed to walk with a head that looked like it had been box dyed despite NEVER touching one of... them, unless that is what this stylist uses. I was very understanding even when my appointment time was close to 40 mins delayed. We agreed to do my haircut/blow dry plus a Balayage. I was excited for what felt like would be an awesome change. 5 hours later and being out of $444 not including tip to be left with such a poor outcome. I wanted to love it but this turned into a hot mess! I was offered a toner but a toner wouldn’t correct my hair. I contacted Melany within a few days to ask a question and was never answered. As a business owner, there’s only so much time you can “wait” before responding clients to at least provide some type of answer. I was ghosted and did not have a choice but to contact someone with thankfully more experience. Paid the same amount for an amazing job that looks like it is worth what I paid for! Below shows how my hair was orange and had different colored tones throughout. It didn’t look nicely blended in the least. I can’t attach a video so I’ve attached a few photos. Last two photos were as soon as I left Melany’s. Second photo was right before my correction and the first photo is my hair after a correction/balayage that was done by a knowledgeable professional in this industry. I really hope other clients have a better experience than mine! Show more

I’m saddened to see you write this review. After years of box color and previously lightening your hair with other stylists this was this girls first time with me. I let her know that if she was trying to achieve the blonde today it was going to be on the warm side cause of the box color. When she texted me I texted her back that night letting her know we could tone it or whatever she wanted. The next day when she texted me again asking what was done to her hair i proceeded to send her a voice memo that sadly never sent. At that point i know she had gone to somewhere else to fix it. I am human! We all make misistakes ! I never disagree with her when she texted me. I am a very understanding individual and always want my client to be happy at the end of the day that’s all that matters. All my girls know if you don’t like the tone of your hair… you just tell me! I got you we fix it and make sure you feel confident! Not everyone will She left the salon feeling good and i thought that’s how she felt! As for the price ! My prices are my prices. This is oone of the things with having your own business sometimes you gotta take a L and we just grow from it and keep working to do better! I hope you feel confident with your new hair !
