came in with a reference picture and hope, left $60 less rich, frustrated, and disappointed. appointment lasted 3 hours, asked for a dark rose petal-l...ike pink for my nails like the reference picture and eventually seceded to an ugly light pink that would never resemble the reference i showed. at least the nails look nice from afar. Lamento mucho, luego del trabajo tan bien hecho que tiene, que no le haya gustado tan solo por un mínimo problema de color, que creo que en valoración a un negocio poner una estrella, aunque respete su opinión, es un poco desconsiderado. Si hubiera pedido un cambio de color con mucho gusto lo hubiéramos programado, sin necesidad de esta opinión extrema. Jennifer se tomó todo su tiempo, el que dijo que había demorado su servicio, en tratar de complacerle, y hasta se hizo mezclas de colores. Y no se fue 60 dólares menos rica, pagó un servicio bien hecho, que ya sabía de antemano costaría. Como dueña de este salón valoro la opinión de cada cliente, pero creo que fue muy injusto dejar este review con un hermoso trabajo que se le hizo, luego de todo el entrenamiento que se ha hecho para llegar hacer un trabajo así, además... la paciencia y dedicación que se le brindó.
