I came in recently excited to get a new look. I wanted a short hair cut. I found Ms seeta online and I saw some of her photos and thought she would be worth a try. Unfortunately I am extremely dissatisfied with the haircut I left the salon with. I wi...ll admit that I do have problematic areas due to having a baby but I have had my hair cut short before and the stylist was able to camouflage and blend my thinner areas and I still looked cute. I showed photos of the look I wanted and it wasn’t anything too extreme or difficult to do. I did let her know that I was unhappy before leaving the salon. I still paid her for her service because I’m not one of those people that try to get over on someone. I contacted her the next day requesting a partial refund due to me not being satisfied and she did honor it, so I do appreciate that.

The experience was fun and seeta did a good job, but there is too much distraction and she was not able to give me full attention and remind me of prices and add ons as I am a first time client. As a stylist, she did not consult my hair properly as t...heir were too many of her coworkers in her suite; causing seeta not to be as attentive as she should have been. The total of the service surprised me at the end because of her lack of attentiveness. I would have came back but for this reason I am not.
