Omg not only was it my first time getting a sewin but it was also my first time meeting Cinnamon..... she didn't lie when she said you get a spa exper...ience at the shampoo bowl... her shop is nice clean and I loved the energy and the vibe!!! I will so recommend her she was extremely professional and even helped me when I was lost lol... This was the BEST service of my life. I truly felt like I was pampered. They started my hair on time, the washing treatment I received was soooo sooth...ing on my scalp, the braids weren’t too tight, and the ambiance of the salon was peaceful in general. When her services say “a spa-like experience”, not a lie was told. My entire visit was so relaxing! Cinnamon explained every step and answered all of ...my questions. This was my first sew-in after many years and it is honestly the best one I’ve ever had. My hair looks luxurious and I feel brand new. The bundles are so soft and thick. Customer service is VERY important to me and I cannot begin to express how sweet & informative she is. If you’re contemplating booking, do yourself a favor and just do it. I recently had an appointment (my third) and unfortunately, the experience left me feeling disheartened. Due to unexpected traffic delays(I left an ho...ur before my appointment time), I was significantly late for my appointment(I admit and understand this is not good for her business). However instead of understanding the situation, I was made to feel like it was my fault. The text messages that were sent to me ( while I'm driving 90mph to hurry and get there) were monetarily threatening ( adding additional charges every 15 minutes) and ultimately disheartening( I have money to pay whatever! but I rather have lasting friendships and good connections❤️). Upon getting there I sincerely apologized and received only a reply of "have a seat." Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business and it is essential to handle such situations with grace and understanding. I believe it is important to treat clients with respect and empathy even in challenging circumstances. Although she is a great hairstylist..unfortunately, my experience here fell short in this regard. Show more
