I believe every place needs to have a grace period of a least 10 mins cause we can’t control when accident happened in the highway and everyone should... give a few mins time to get there but they make you leave a deposit plus tip before the service is done. Excuse me me beg you to do what we are grown adults here to be acting like little kids with lies you did the two braids cause I had paid on line and you said it’s either the two braids ot loose the $27 there was no begging again respond to your reviews with the truth making up lies is sad every single thing I put in the review was the truth not one comment was a lie i expect you as the adult you are to do the same we not in high school thank you Show more

I advertise ON-TIME service & ask clients to plan to ARRIVE 10 MINUTES EARLY to avoid being late. There’s a 5 minute late grace period. You were texted to be on time as it was a busy day. You had a 40 minute appointment from 12:35pm-1:15pm for just 4 mens cornrows. When you showed up to my door, my 1:15pm client also showed up at the same time as you. I looked at the time it was 12:57pm and I told you I would have to cancel because I would not have time. You begged me to take you since you were coming from Kissimmee. I told you I could have time to do 2 braids and you agreed. You ended up loving your 2 braids with zigzag down the middle & thought it looked cool. Please read the terms and conditions of my booking service. Accidents happen, however, If I allow everybody to be 10 minutes late or more someone would be here complaining about me not starting on time. Had I not accommodated you, you would not have had the opportunity to leave this negative review. Thank you for your tip, however you were not obligated to tip, it’s suggested like everywhere you go. You could have chosen $0 tip if you did not like your service. There is no reason for me to lie over something this mundane. You and your mother, who drove you insisted on being serviced since you drove so far and agreed to pay $35, you agreed changed your style from 4 to 2 braids since you were late. As far as the condition of your braids being loose, you updated that information after you did not like my factual reply.
