Overall she was pleasant, prompt, and very professional. My friends make-up turned out PERFECTLY. Mine was horrible. I showed her a photo of a look fr...om her page, only to find out it was not her work. I told her I liked the overall look from the photo, but absolutely wanted an “eye look”. She charged me $30 more, because the package I had came with a “natural” eye look only. I PAID the extra. She put a little bit of a neutral shadow on my lid. Afterwards, I stated you didn’t do anything to my eyes. Her response was the photo you showed me (as stated earlier) she has a very basic eye. SO she Charged me $30 more for something that came with the package that I originally had, and didn’t do a minute more! Overall my look was horrible, I looked like a beige mud pie, no detail, color, nothing. I washed it completely off as soon as I had a moment. But my friend was perfect (which is why I gave her 3 stars). It should be noted that I am a darker pigmented woman, my friend is lighter brown complexion. Paid total $255 for 2 people including travel, and an eye look (that I didn’t get). My best advice: go through her photos of her actual work (read the captions). What you see is what you get. I personally couldn’t find ANYONE available as it was last minute. I found her on here. My initial thoughts was I did not like her work, the eye shadow looks on her page are very basic, most of her looks are very basic. Except the one photo that made me feel ok about booking her (which turned out not to be her work). She does not do well with darker pigmented skin. If you do not mind looking lighter or beige, then maybe. She does excellent with lighter pigmented skin. If you’re looking for dramatic, she may not be for you. She is more of a natural make-up artist. Also she is not good at free styling. You must tell her exactly what you want, colors, and have an example or photo in hand. She will try, but to make your experience good, just know exactly what you want. If you do not tell her quart colors you want, you will NOT GET AN OUNCE OF COLOR. I will personally not book again. My friend probably will. Show more

Hi Venus, thanks for leaving a review. I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t like your makeup. I would like to clarify that I took some time to make your eye look more dramatic similar to the photo you showed me by adding gold and brown eyeshadows which, as we discussed, isn’t included in the ‘Classic Glam’ service that you initially booked. This is why you were charged an additional fee. Also, I would like to point out that you mentioned wanting to look your skin color, and the products that I applied to you matched your overall skin tone. My clients’ satisfaction is my top priority which is why I offered to reapply or fix your makeup during your appointment. I am willing to do your makeup again free of charge as I want you to feel beautiful and confident after my makeup services. I apologize again that you did not like your finished look.
