Getting my hair braided was actually a whole vibe. I walked in thinking it’d just be a quick appointment, but it turned into this chill, feel-good mom...ent. The braider was gentle, we joked around, and the process felt way more relaxing than I expected. Show more

The first thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the stylist changed my time the day of without a call or sufficient notice. Luckily I looked at my em...ail to see time change. Upon arrival she was still with another client so we had to wait until she was done. When she finally got to us I was told the $100 listed price on the site was for little boys only. I was charged an extra $50 for the style which is way overpriced. I have never paid $150 for a simple cornrow style. The most has been $100 with added items such as beads. She asked if it was alright if not then I can find another stylist which was wrong as I needed it done that day. If I had time I would have said no and went with someone else. Also, luckily I did have the money or I would have been SOL. Save to say I would not recommend for little girls hair or be going back. The postive was she was quick and polite to my child. Show more

Yes maam most definitely! All prices listed are starting prices and will be adjusted as I see fit. And the appointment was moved due to availability being open and to accommodate you and my other clients. I myself do not need to reach out because that is what my booking app is for and it does so for me. Thank you for you business and good luck with your future stylist as I am no longer servicing women/females for braid services for this exact reason. I really wish you would have said something before confirming the price when asked to proceed, and after completion of the asked service to prevent an undeserved 2 star rating after 5 years of an excellent track record . But this is fine as well. Be well and blessed.
