I told Destiny I would give her five stars. But after the service I received, I think it’s right to just be truthful. Destiny is self taught, which I... did not learn until she got to my house. She is so sweet but I’m unsure if she is ready to do clients nails for money just yet. It took her an hour and a half to take my acrylics off (which I don’t mind since she did it the correct way). But when it came to putting tips and acrylic on my nail, it became such a mess. She was at my house for four and a half hours which is 3 times the amount a licensed nail tech would take to remove and redo acrylics. My nails have been in ridiculous pain for over 12 hours and I have been left no choice but to take them off again this morning. Very uneven application of acrylic. I still have acrylic underneath several nails. I bled from 3 different fingers and they sting ever since she left. She couldn’t even file to a decent shape (coffin) so I had to go in and file myself to hopefully save them before polish. I was obviously not satisfied and getting antsy after four hours of honest torture to my fingers. I do give her props to cute nail trends she has in mind but can’t execute due to lack of experience. I’m so sorry but this was the manicure out of a nightmare that I can’t wish on anyone and that’s why I had to write such a low review. Show more
