When you booked your appointment you did not confirm with a text or call which it clearly states to reach out after booking. I didn’t see that you booked until I was notified by another barber that you were at the shop and I then communicated that I was on my way. I understand you were either having a bad day or just didn’t like the cut but I spent more that 30 mins detailing your haircut which you only booked a 30 minute cut with no beard work. Next time book the correct service and explain with detail and exactly how you want your beard if it is an add on service. The experience will be easier for both of us since it was my first time servicing you.
