I didn’t get the service nor did I get my deposit back! She was supposed to do my hair Saturday and act like she didn’t see it so she rescheduled for ...the next day, when it came time (10:30) to do my hair no call, no answer, and no show ! I finally got her days later and she had an attitude like I did something to her!!! Glad I just wanted my hair done and it wasn’t for a special occasion! Show more

My appointment was canceled 6 mins before its scheduled start time as the stylist was allegedly in the hospital. While I am understanding that emergen...cies do happen, the stylist alerted other clients earlier that morning of her situation and it would’ve been nice to be alerted as soon as possible of her situation as well. It’s also been 2 weeks since the cancellation and the stylist has not reached back out at all to say anything else or to try and reschedule me. The customer service just is lacking for me. Show more

My apologies if you were not satisfied with the finish look. It’s called communication if you would have address the issue it could have been resolved. You could have even saved money and not paid me a dime. But because some people are so afraid of communicating their problems they miss the Blessing.
