I had an appointment with Luz, September 15th 2023 at 10am. I drove 1 hour and 15 minutes from my home to her new location. Iโ€™ve been to her twice and... loved her work. When I came on the 15th she wasnโ€™t there. I waited 45 minutes to include texting and calling her. She never replied. Her co-workers attempted to call her and they said that they received no response from her. At that point I was praying that she was ok literally and understood that maybe there was a possible emergency so I drove 1 hour and 15 minutes back home. Today: September 16th 2023, she posted a nail set on her Instagram work page. This is when I realized that her no call no show had to been deliberate and I was very disappointed. I didnโ€™t receive an apology or sorry for the inconvenience. I didnโ€™t even receive a text back or call back but a post on IG of someone elseโ€™s nail set as a slap in my face. I will be canceling all of my appointments that I booked for the rest of the year. I am a good customer and I did not deserve that. Iโ€™m also canceling because Iโ€™m scared to drive 1 hour and 15 minutes from my house to her shop again just to be stood up. Show more
