I had an appointment with Luz, September 15th 2023 at 10am. I drove 1 hour and 15 minutes from my home to her new location. I’ve been to her twice and... loved her work. When I came on the 15th she wasn’t there. I waited 45 minutes to include texting and calling her. She never replied. Her co-workers attempted to call her and they said that they received no response from her. At that point I was praying that she was ok literally and understood that maybe there was a possible emergency so I drove 1 hour and 15 minutes back home. Today: September 16th 2023, she posted a nail set on her Instagram work page. This is when I realized that her no call no show had to been deliberate and I was very disappointed. I didn’t receive an apology or sorry for the inconvenience. I didn’t even receive a text back or call back but a post on IG of someone else’s nail set as a slap in my face. I will be canceling all of my appointments that I booked for the rest of the year. I am a good customer and I did not deserve that. I’m also canceling because I’m scared to drive 1 hour and 15 minutes from my house to her shop again just to be stood up. Show more
