Thank you for the feedback! 1. The prices are not misleading when you book for a Fullset it starts at 50+ the plus is additional depending on length and design hence the (+) ….. you then started complaining about price stating you can find a cheaper nail tech… at that point I offered a FREESTYLE SPECIAL the salon offers which is $80 I clearly told you the freestyle is whatever I wanted to do to your nails but I still wanted to incorporate some of the colors and designs you wanted which I wasn't supposed to do or had to do 2. After filing and drilling your nails I asked you to take a look to see if you wanted me to fix anything before you wash your hands you looked at them and said “they are perfect” when I then applied top coat and finish you then proceeded to tell me "you love them" 3. I said they may last up to 3-6 weeks depending on what you do to them. I also strongly believe it’s about the pricing and not how long they lasted during the majority of the appointment you kept hinting you pay cheaper else where and you were frustrated that you misread the Booking… it’s confusing how you yourself are in the beauty industry and do hair and sell products but bashing another artist for her prices since you sat down in my chair. I don’t think you’d like the same if roles were reversed. But thank you for your review!
