Booked with Christian on April 3, 2022, he confirmed the appointment shortly thereafter. I received an appointment reminder on April 7, 2022, and co...ntinued with my plans accordingly. Today, April 8, 2022, the day of our appointment, i arrive at 8:58am to Phenix Salon Studios, knock on the door, no answer. I give it a minute and call Christian at 9:03am to let him know I have arrived, at which point he says he's right around the corner with a flat from a pothole. He assures me it will be quick and he'll be right there. At 9:30am I call back to see his eta and he does not pick up. I proceed to shoot a text asking when he might arrive. Verbatim, after having a new client waiting for 30 minutes he says, "You wanna reschedule it later this is taking longer than I thought." Totally understand that life happens, but communication goes a long way. You were sitting around doing nothing, why not give me an update sooner versus me having to call, get ignored, and then text you for an update? Thanks for wasting my time on a Friday. Also, he gets upset for holding him accountable at all, its all the clients fault. Show more
