I had booked two appointments online so I could pick specific experienced technicians. I was able to choose Thi Nguyen for myself and An Tran for my d...aughter but when I got there, they had somebody else service me and I believe my daughter was sat with Thi. I asked why I wasn't being serviced by the person I chose and An told me if I want someone specific, I would have to call to make the appointment. That online you can only book with one specific person, which is her. I thought that was pretty inconvinient because it deafeats the purpose of booking online. The gentleman that serviced me was kind and never hurt me once, unlike my experience with other new technicians, but I wasn't satisfied with the polish application or the shaping of my nails. Some of my nails look runny or like the polish wasn't put on evenly in the sun. Luckily my daughter really enjoyed her luxury pedicure service and was satisfied with her polish. We both also enjoyed the atmosphere and will give this location another chance but hopefully next time we get who we actually booked with. Show more

Everybody here always does such an amazing job. They're always fast, detail oriented, pleasant and easy to communicate with as far as ideas for design...s. I also find them to be very affordable (especially for the impeccable quality of work they do every single time) and very up front with any additional design costs. They just redid the inside of the salon and it looks incredible! From the moment you walk in, it feels welcoming, relaxing, bright, and clean. The crew there is always attentive and welcoming as well. This time I went in for a simple set of single color acrylics for a wedding, so no design to show in this picture, but trust me, they have nailed everything I've ever come to them with. I've never had a set of nails last longer than when I get them done at this specific location either. I've been coming here for nails for the past few years - thanks to a recommendation from an acquaintance - and I have never had anything but top tier service. I leave the salon every time with exactly what I wanted, zero regrets (financial or otherwise) and just absolutely beaming from the positive experience. There is absolutely nowhere else that I would recommend going, especially for acrylics. In fact, this is the only place I ever go anymore. I cannot recommend them enough. Show more
