I had been looking so forward to this appointment and I knew by this evening I would love looking in the mirror again ~ but not the case. I was approx...imately 5 minutes late but of course there is no way to let anyone know because there are no phones! Took off 3 1/2 hours from work, the shop called her but she wasn’t coming back, nope too bad. I will not re-book. She was rude and could care less about customers. Too bad , I always spend a lot of money Quiana! Very rude. Show more
