I paid for a manicure, but did not get one. Just had my nails dipped. Was suppose to be mani and gel nail. Had appointment at 1.45 but did not leave u...ntil after 3… and again… did not include a manicure times was spent waiting and the technician running around getting things he needed. Did not argue on not getting the manicure because I did not have anymore time to waste. Nails are also not all squared…. Some rounded. Show more

I decided to try this place because a co-worker was a patron and my usual nail shop had been sold. Prior to my first visit, I had tried at least 4 ot...her nail shops throughout the city and just wasn't satisfied. That changed with the first visit here. The shop is beautiful, clean and welcoming. The music is not too loud nor does it take away from the "salon" experience. I scheduled an appointment and was seated immediately. The nail tech was doing a fill in on someone else's work and she took her time to ensure the finished product was something I could be proud of. I have since gone 3 times with the most recent having my nails soaked off and got a fresh set and I love everything about them. It takes me 45 minutes from my home to get this service and I will continue to make that trip because it is worth it. Show more

i got charged extra for no reason, & its barely been a week & my nails are already lifting. my service was rushed and i was passed to 3 different tech...s. my nails look decent but NOT worth $90. they just want your money, their designs may be good but they dont provide quality work. i will not be returning. My friend and I went to Orchid to get our nails and toes done for her wedding. Her nails and toes came out amazing! Mine on the other hand, not so muc...h. The man who did mine did both my pedicure and my full set. While doing my pedicure he made my toes bleed. I checked my polish job once I got home, and he barely painted my entire toenails. Moving on to my fingers, he cut my cuticle severely on my right middle finger, and cut two fingers on my left hand. He didn’t polish the ends of my nails, nor file them till smooth so the tips are super sharp. Overall I will not be back here. My friend paid $262 for both of us and to me the price wasn’t worth the service I myself received. Show more
