We had a very thorough consultation before getting started with the service. From the minute you sat down the request on the haircut was completely two different things, and narrowed it down to one, for the braids you weren’t sure on what you wanted and showed you pictures until you agreed to one. My policies with braiding is showing up with freshly cleaned hair and brushed out. During your appointment, you did request a wash, and I told you it would be an extra fee since it was NOT booked and for the end of the charge, I only charged you for the haircut and beard. The original service fee should have been $100 and ONLY charged you $65. Your hair is no different than any other hair texture I have worked with for the last 6 years. The hair was locked and twisted from using the sponge 2 days prior a hair appointment and NOT prepped the way it’s meant too for a braid service. You were recommended to me by a very satisfied client so nothing from this service was anything out of the ordinary that i am not already used too. I’m sorry if you were not satisfied.
