Experience was okay. My under cut was done years ago and just needed a touch up and got the beard service too. Lines in back of head are crooked and u...neven. Even though they say they do all types of designs. Thought the lines would be easy. But not really. Mustache was uneven and had part of my beard along jaw line that were missed. Had to come home and fix it all myself. Parts of the hair were longer than others. Had wife trim that up for me. Not to sure to return. Wife has been doing my hair last three years and wanted a change. Change isn’t always good.I agree with Wayne. I grew up in south texas where you could get a good barber. Up here it’s not really worth it. No barbers up here compare. Probably never will. Show more

The Barber Canceled at the last minute through a text message that i didnt hear, should've been a call. Asked me if i can reschedule for 130pm which i...s 4 hours and 30 minutes after my 9am confirmed appointment that i was already on my way to. Lucky for me i know how to cut hair good enough. Its unacceptable plus im seeing this pattern in other reviews. He didnt have this pattern of cancelation or not caring about great Customer service back in 2020 when he had his previous location a exit or two away. I can't go back, i work a lot and need reliability & consistency not decent and going off your own rules because youre the owner. Plus the haircut i recieved 2 weeks ago was rushed and not his best work. I fly to another state every Month or so, i will just have to let a Master Barber with the drive to be a Barber cut my hair next time. Not much options up here for other customers. So a decent haircut to them is Fire 🔥 . Show more

Thank you for always being consistent. I send my husband and son every time now from minot to get their hair cut in bismark. I was so happy about him ...finally getting rid of his dying locs he looks so handsome and so every barber has done fantastic with my son whom has autism and that's such a stress reliever that my son insists on going to oak and wise babrber shop. You really have no clue how stessful it can be finding patient barbers. I appreciate you all for being so accomodating❤️❤️❤️ Show more
