Its unfortunate as I book the barber 3 weeks ago. He was late. I left the shop with my 2yr old grandson. He called an apologized for the delay. We the...n returned to be serviced. The hallway entry before you get to his Suite needs TLC. It's not the fault of him but the Property Management. Once I arrive inside his Suite he was very welcoming and apologetic. As he did a wonderful cut to his hair. I rebooked on Tuesday with a confirmed appointment. We got their and he was a NO SHOW.. No call of cancellation or anything... Its unforetunate... My first experience was 2 stars. I settled because my barber was out of town. Second experience he bailed on my appointment then when we came to agree...ment to reschedule for the following day he told me he was in Roseville at a home appointment and never communicated anything with me. I wasted gas and time two days straight. I am an entrepreneur myself so I am very understanding on how things can get (see screenshots below), so I gave Arif another shot and during this experience I felt very weird energy from Arif. I felt judged and he expressed to me how tedious my haircut was. My man is very arrogant for no reason. Show more
