This brother probably one of the best barbers in the city skills wise. But has horrible customer service on two or three occasions when booking specif...ic appointments with him he has put my specific appointment behind someone else. I gave the benefit of doubt the first two times he did this, after the third time. The horrible service outweighs the skills big time. I give the facts, he offered to take money off next cut because of his error but this occurrence happens way too often.. he doesn’t recognize his poor service. pretty sure this will definitely happen to another person in the future. And from looking back through reviews you even see a person in the past complain about the exact same issue. Show more

I never put his appointment behind anybody.. This guy only books once every 3 months and when he does it’s a late appointment. I Have busy Fridays and I always ask for patience while I get ppl in and out.. this guy only left a bad review because it was one guy in front of him and he had to go cause the sun was going down and due to his religion he couldn't get his hair cut when the sun goes down... SO WHY BOOK A 6:00 APPOINTMENT🤦🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️

Your attention to detail is amazing and will continue to separate you from your competition. ...Not just that, but the atmosphere you have in your shop is just a vibe and the shop itself is really nice.
