Very rude, I booked a 27 piece and added on a deep condition, she didn’t do the deep condition and went straight to slap gel on my head, didn’t detang...le it braid it down, nothing. She was also an hour late and I don’t get an apology or any money off. When I asked her if she was gone deep condition it she said “it’s too late” after she put the gel on there. I ended up just getting a wash and blow dry and not going through w the style and she ain’t even blow dry it all the way. Tried to charge me $45 for the wash and blow dry I paid her 30. Definitely will NOT be going back. I guess yo have to be a regular client to get good service smh Reply: if my energy was off it’s because you had me waiting for almost an hour and didn’t offer an apology for the wait or money off my total or anything!! I asked you to deep condition my hair like we discussed after you half-assed washed it and slapped gel on there, and you said “it was too late” what kind of stylist does/says that when it was a service I was going to pay for?!! You wasted MY time and played in MY face! You didn’t even blow-dry my hair or braid it down it was looking big as hell under the cap and you wanted me to “trust” you with all your rude ass side comments I think not!! I’m not a stylist but I get my hair done enough to know your hair should be BRAIDED DOWN under a cap before getting a style especially a short one. And I only asked to put oil in it because I thought you were going to braid it down like you were supposed to, since you couldn’t be bothered to deep condition it, even though I told you through text I wanted a deep condition. Not only did you not braid it down you didn’t even blow dry it before slapping gel on there, then when the dryer stopped you said “you didn’t think to cut the dryer back on?” THAT’S RUDE AS HELL. Idc how long you’ve been doing hair if they taught you what you THOUGHT you was going to do to my hair then you need to get a refund or go back expeditiously. You can clearly see the big ass hump in my head under the cap which was all my hair you just bunched up back there. And I ain’t trippin bout no little $30. You wasted my time from the moment I got there. And as a stylist you should be used to and comfortable with explaining the process to your clients in a kind and reassuring way, especially after I told you I never have gotten the style before. Why do I need to be so informed about a style I want, when YOU’RE the stylist, YOU could have explained the reasons behind why you were doing what you were doing instead of dismissing every question I asked, saying you’ve been doing hair for 26 years and to “trust the process” and asking “what I wanna do” after I questioned you about what you were doing, you clearly didn’t want to be there/do my hair, because you did not explain anything or do/say anything to put my worries at ease when I expressed my concerns to you. I literally went back to my car and cried because I was so upset and disillusioned by the way you were acting and how badly the appointment went, because I had somewhere to go THAT NIGHT. But it’s fine my hair came out cute when I did it…use the $30 to contribute towards a new cosmetology education or some customer service classes. 🤷🏾‍♀️You probably felt like you could talk to me any type of way because I’m younger, not a regular client, and I wasn’t gone say anything but you were mistaken and that’s the real reason you were acting the way you were. You’ve been doing hair for so long but your work or your customer service didn’t reflect that at all during my appointment.maybe you need a break, burnout is a real thing. Very much had an attitude like you didn’t wanna be there and half assed on my hair the ENTIRE TIME. My hair wasn’t even fully blow dried when I left. MY ADVICE TO YOU IS If you are not going to treat new clients with the same respect as your regulars then DONT ACCEPT NEW CLIENTS PERIOD. have a blessed one! Show more

You were rude when u came in, aside from the fact that you disregarded everything I was trying to explain to you! I've done hair for 26 years and told you to trust me and trust the process because you were receiving a style I’ve done numerous times and you had never had it, on top of the fact that I had to provide a stocking cap for your hair because you have natural shoulder length hair and came in for a 27pc which wasn't a problem, the problem was that you wanted oil in your hair and every experienced stylist knows that glue will not stick with oil in the hair. The next time you book with whomever, do the research on the service you’re asking to be rendered! And yes you wasted an hour in a half of my time so yes policy is you pay half of service when you cancel last minute! Some advice to you would be to change your attitude cause your energy was off from the moment you came into my salon! Be blessed!
