Hace unos 17 años que Verónica me ayudó con mis Sejas por que otra señora me hizo unas Sejas permanentes muy gruesas y con una tinta china, pero Verón...ica me las arreglo y fue muy profesional, tomo su tiempo para prepararse también todo lo que usa es muy bueno por que todo me causa alegría y con sus productos me va muy bien!! Así que por 17 años la sigo por que su trabajo es muy profesional y veo el cambio en mi piel si es un facial o mis cejas,, También waxing y mucho más! Las pestañas son muy naturales. En general todo su trabajo es súper profesional y me encanta que tome su tiempo para prepararse, en otros lugares es todo apurado, Para Verónica no se trata de dinero es de la pasión que ella tiene por su trabajo!! Los precios son muy buenos a comparación de otros spa’s, mi novio me regaló un certificado para un de los mejores spas $500 dólares y ni comparación al trabajo de Verónica y solo fue para un facial y un masaje!! Muy poco profesional ! es la segunda vez que vengo a este lugar para hacerme las pestañas y la señora que me hizo las pestañas,Verónica, fue extremad...amente poco profesional. Para empezar, llegó tarde a la cita, y yo entiendo que suceden cosas, se disculpó y todo estuvo bien, pero luego tardó 15 minutos en comenzar con el procedimiento de pestañas porque mientras reunía sus materiales, atendiendo a un hombre de mantenimiento. , cambiando la música, etc., tardó 15 minutos en comenzar el procedimiento, no valorizando mi tiempo. Luego antes de empezar me preguntó cómo fue mi experiencia con mis pestañas y le dije que eran geniales que al principio eran algo incómodas durante los primeros dos días, pero luego me adapté a ellas, pero el problema vino cuando le dije que muchas personas me complemento por las pestañas y ella me criticó y me dijo de una manera mi autosuficiente que había usado la palabra mal que esa palabra no se usaba y que estaba incorrecta. me hizo sentir avergonzada y muy incómoda.cosa que no veo profesional Más tarde mientras me hacía el procedimiento me dijo que necesitaba un facial y que también tenía que ir al médico porque los pelos que tengo en la cara no son normales… y yo le dije que lo que yo tengo es normal y que uso mis propios productos con los que me siento cómoda. Después durante el procedimiento mi teléfono sonó dos veces y lo apagué de inmediato, pero ella me dijo que debía recordar que los teléfonos debían estar en silencio, lo cual, de nuevo, me sentí muy ofendida porque fue muy desconsiderada sin ella saber si esa llamada era importante, lo cual lo era. Fue muy anti profesional hay muchas maneras de convencer a un cliente para que compre productos de maneras más constructivas.Ella tiene que trabajar en su profesionalismo y en general mi experiencia fue muy incomoda no la recomiendo. Very bad experience, I had permanent eyeliner done and she was very rude and unpleasant did not listen on what I wanted and I ended up with blurry Vis...ion, burning eyes went to emergency room terrible symptoms for 3 days was my worst experience of my life .
