I booked a massage through ClassPass with this business. After receiving the massage, I noticed on ClassPass that the owner reported it as a missed se...ssion and I was charged a late fee. As I believed this was a mistake, I booked a second massage with the business. I was informed by the masseuse that she would have canceled if she had known it was me. She explained that she thought my demeanor during our first appointment was considered "off", and she labeled it a "bad" session because I requested additional massage time(that I asked if I could pay for). Upon returning home from the second massage, I discovered that the owner had reported another missed massage and I was charged another late fee. I was surprised because, aside from this behavior, she was kind, professional, and provided two good massages. I also gave her tips above 20% after each session.... Fool me twice, shame on me🤦🏼‍♀️

I have been going to Mind & Body Studio with Andrea for years. I went to her with my initial skin concerns and she was able to help me resolve my init...ial problems as well as maintain my results with a specific home regiment designed for my specific skin needs. Her customer service is impeccable, she is always punctual, kind and considerate to her customers. Additionally, she is knowledgeable, any question or concern I have she is able to provide me with feedback to help me reach my goals. If you want clear skin and a great service I would recommend giving her a try, you will not be disappointed.

After 3 treatments my skin has improved so much. My blemishes are almost gone and I have a nice glow. I’ve been wearing less makeup because my skin is... now beautiful without it. Treatment room is so relaxing. instructor always gives me great recommendations for my skin. I also use her products.
