The most honest customer service experience ive ever had. I called Brian for an Smp consultation, smp is almost like a scalp tattoo to enhance your ha...irline. The procedure can cost anywhere from 500-1500. I wanted the procedure because my hairline was slanted in my opinion. During my consultation Brian looked at my head and said honestly, you dont need the procedure, you just need a better barber. In short i was ready to pay the man 1000, for a procedure I didnt need and he turned down the money bc of his professional integrity. He didnt even charge me for the crispy haircut. If you need or think you need smp, go to Brian n he will shoot you straight about the whole process. Decided to shave my head a about a month ago. My hair was thinning and although I was happy with it, the SMP process made it look so much better. Now ...instead of looking like I shaved my head due to thinning hair, it looks like I did it purposefully. The results are amazing and Bryan is a great guy and is very meticulous about his work. I also feel that his experience as a barber helps him to understand what your scalp should look like. I also feel the cost was very reasonable compared to other shops that I researched.
