If you are looking for an incredibly talented and efficient hair stylist, look no further than J's Creation! I started going to her years ago, and her... work has been consistently phenomenal every single time. She is incredibly skilled at what she does, and I love how fast and efficient she is without ever sacrificing quality. She is so amazing that she now does my kids' hair as well, and they absolutely adore her! It is not easy to find a stylist who is top-tier with adults and great with children, but she does it effortlessly. Do yourself a favor and book with J's Creation as soon as you can, I promise you will not regret it!

She did a great job on my hair. There was a built of build up from the product she used, but it seems standard for starter locs and they held well so ...no complaints there. However, customer service lacks severely here and I could not return. I booked a retwist 2+ WEEKS in advance (Added as desired by owner: So someone could still have my appointment time in 2+ weeks) once I was ready to front the 50% deposit, then cancelled within hours of booking because I found a conflict. There is absolutely a no refund policy when you cancel, even weeks away or if you cancel the same day you book. (Added as desired by owner: She offered to apply to a future appointment, but my schedule is unpredictable.) As someone who would’ve been a returning a consistent client, this was alarming and saddening. No one has money to give away these days. Please do not book unless you’re willing to put your money on the line because it WILL cost you. I hate that the industry has come to this regardless of the quality. (Added as desired by owner: Found someone else who requires a deposit for new clients ONLY and offers more flexibility. Please do the same if you might ever be in this position.)

Unfortunately there are policies in place to protect me as a business owner! Please don’t leave out the part of me offering to apply your deposit to your next appointment! Hope you find someone who can accommodate you scheduling and canceling which could’ve been filled by someone else!!

She appeared to be nice but my locs didn’t last past a few days and she rushed because she wanted to go enjoy her evening. Whatever product she used, ...also badly dried out my hair. I had locs that were not retwisted properly, a loc that was fused together, and I still had a rubber band in my hair after it was washed and retwisted. Careless. I would NEVER go back. People are fake as hell & she didn’t deserve the $15 tip. I paid $175 for a half ass job from a disingenuous woman. GOD BLESS!

I also repaired someone else's work and some maintenance! At home maintenance is also very important! I never rush or not complete any service because of what is going on!
