giving MY 1st time experience. First time client. Beautiful salon. Manoo is a sweetheart, provided a beverage and a end of service gift. Her assistant... washed & detangled my very thick & long 4B hair immediately as I walked in. Manoo then blow dried & pressed me (25 mins) after her assistant was finished. She’s gentle but pressed my naturally curly hair with multiple iron passes on the same section after using high heat from the blow dryer. I just washed my hair (2 wks later) and I can smell the burn. My then curly hair is now bone straight (1/4 up from the ends) from heat damage. I may try her braid/weave service, but not a silk press in the future. Hopefully by summer I’ll be able to do wash and gos again. Show more
