Hello Ashley, Thank you for your feedback. I want to respectfully clarify the situation: on April 26th, there was no check-in or communication received from you for the 1:00 PM appointment. I had only one client scheduled for that afternoon — your appointment — and there was no contact or arrival recorded. At no point did we interact that day. While I understand how frustrating miscommunication can feel, I can confidently state that no service delay or lack of acknowledgment occurred because there was no client present to address. I take great pride in my professionalism and my service to every client, and I remain committed to providing a positive experience.
