Jess did my child’s hair. We wanted a simple design like a Mohawk with a little cross in the lower back of his head. Showed him a picture and even s...ent it to him. Jess’ version of the cross was a total mess but he proceeded to fix (erase) it and make it into a regular Mohawk with a slightly balled fade. That was going well but then- Then, without my permission, he decided to try another design in a different spot on my child’s head. That failed too. He became frustrated and became to aggressively shave my boys hair off to mostly bald and told my child that he should never expect any type of design in his head because his hair is too coarse! My child was sad and I’m furious. My child has had many successful designs before!!! Then, he cut his hair line in a way that I specifically told him I didn’t want. Next, he put a part in it (not what we requested). The style looks horrible and my kid doesn’t want to show his mostly bald head in school. That night when my child washed his head and he complained of major stinging and I noticed all the razor cuts. He skipped picture day. Show more
