Once I walked in I was immediately greeted which felt great and that’s about as good as it gets. They asked if I used an app or if I was a walk in, on...ce I told them I used booksy they asked who I scheduled with. (While booking the appointment on the app I didn’t have an option to choose a barber but it turns out Ay Jay was the automatic option for getting a cut). After that short conversation to get me situated they told me that Ay Jay should be there soon. About 30 minutes from my original appointment time had passed and one of the employees told me that he that he would call Ay Jay to see where he is. After he called, that employee told me Ay Jay wasn’t going to show up that day. He also referred to him as, “a guy who never shows up to his appointments.” Probably something you shouldn’t tell your clients but regardless I never even got my haircut. It was just unfortunate especially after reading all the good reviews, it was my first time going there and also my last. Show more
