I had an appointment with Michell, who wasn’t there at the time and was sent to another barber in the shop. He was nice and cut my hair well, however ...I now have an infection in my scalp. I had locs and got them cut off at Santos’ and haven’t had a hair cut in months, so the infection couldn’t have come from anywhere else. The cut itself is nice, he did most of what I asked him to but I did have to return later in the day to have my front line adjusted bc it wasn’t even. They were accommodating and fixed it with no problem, but I now have either an infection or fungus in the back of my scalp. Please clean your equipment more thoroughly. Show more

Michell is a wizard with a pair of scissors and a clipper! He and his crew of seasoned barbers are professionals, with many, many years of experience ...in the biz. Hair cut and a shave? No problem! I recommend making an appointment in advance, because there's always a full house of folks waiting for a cut. They're so good, I've even seen people come from the City to the East Bay.
