What is the purpose of having an appointment and not having it honored? I had a 9:30am appointment today with Angel, and it was not even acknowledged.... It was around 9:12 a.m. when I sat in the waiting area, but around 9:15 a.m., another guy walks in and Angel seats him in his chair. I initially thought he was behind and waited, but the pace of the cut and the chatter seemed to be say otherwise, so I left. If I had to wait any longer, thinking I'd be able to get a haircut, I would have been late for work. Don't think I'll be going back to this establishment. Felt like I wasted my time. Maybe he didn't want to cut my hair! Show more
