Bro’s a 🔥 Barber but needs to get his booking in order. Second time I booked, appointment confirmed and he’s a no-show. Bad for business my guy!

I've been seeing Rich since high school, and he never misses. 💯 Sharp cuts, consistent quality, great listener, and a clean shop. Let my pictures spe...ak for itself: worth every penny. Bonus points for knowing how to cut my habesha hair! Thank you Rich!

I booked a 1pm cut and 8am. I arrived at 1pm exactly. I did not sit down in the chair until 2:15pm. I was never notified that he was an hour and half ...behind schedule and at no point was I offered an apology for the wait time. The aggressive handling of my head and person during the cut followed by some slick comment about my "dry scalp" was too much for a single experience. I paid $40 (intending to take off $10 for everything I had experienced) as I genuinely thought the cut was $50. He called and text me to inform me that the cut was actually $60 and I only sent $40 however, after the egregiously unprofessional experience, I did not and still do not feel compelled to make it right. I will never book this service again so no need to worry about this happening a second time!!
