This was my first time booking with Claude. I needed someone to braid my hair for my birthday after my previous stylist had to cancel unexpectedly, so... I booked with her on a whim. I have to say, she was absolutely lovely. She accepted my last-minute appointment and was very patient and accommodating. When I was on my way, she even told me to take my time and grab food, which I really appreciated. While braiding my hair, she consistently made sure I was comfortable and even let me choose what to watch on TV. It was very easy to have conversations with her, which made the whole experience even better. Her work is also very precise, you can tell she takes pride in what she does! Overall, my experience with her was a 10 out of 10. She has definitely gained a new client!
