I would not recommend booking an appointment at this salon on Booksy. I booked an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. I showed up a few minutes before ...the time of the appointment, and McKinley told me that she doesn't use Booksy and that she had somebody coming in soon. She told me that she could do my hair on Friday, and I accepted. I came back on Friday, and she did my hair. I have naturally dark hair and told her that I wanted a root touch up with bleach. The difference after her doing my hair is barely perceptible. My dark roots are now slightly less dark brown, nowhere near the blond color that the rest of my hair is. This was definitely a waste of $150. Show more
