Unless you're Haitian, don't expect anyone to have conversation with you. I booked with "JR" but we walked in and he passed my daughter off to someon...e else. I didn't see her license on the wall. Speaking with JR was like pulling teeth and until his regular hatian customers came in he kept his earbuds in. He didn't even hear me when I asked him a question. He got up and walked out the shop. I shouldve known it was going to go wrong when we walked in the door and everyone was confused asking if I called. I told them my appointment was confirmed. VERY disappointing. I wouldve figured maybe JR doesnt like to speak to people but when his people came in, he was talking up a storm. WOW.

I had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone was warm, welcoming, and professional. My stylist really took the time to listen to... what I wanted and he then made my hair feel and look better than I imagined. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and stylish, and it shows they truly care about their clients. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and absolutely loving my hair! I will be going back!!
