Shes a great tech but I’m grown and should be allowed to use my phone. The narrative she painted is so out of reach. I am not a very fussy person, I b...arely even speak to this woman in the period of over a year she has serviced me. In addition to me being blind sighted. No warning was given prior to the text informing of her preference not to service me. That’s not a big deal, but that interaction warranted a 1-star. She could have listed that her rule is no talking, no moving. This is a good thing, I simply wish she was more upfront so I would have never spent a dollar to support her her business . I have referred a bunch of people to her and constantly promoted her business to support her skills. Now I will be sure to warn people to think twice. This review is based on my experience and I get to tell my side of what happened. If there was an option for no star, I would give that. Best regards. Show more

It’s disappointing to see a 1-star review without context, especially when the situation stems from ongoing challenges during your appointments. Despite reminders, your frequent phone use—texting, taking calls, and moving—consistently disrupted my work and delayed subsequent clients. Additionally, actions like removing your hands from the lamp repeatedly impacted the quality of service I aim to provide. When I reached out to inform you that I could no longer accommodate you as a client, I did so with professionalism and respect. I sincerely wish you the best in finding a nail technician who can better meet your needs and preferences.
