Lee is a great barber and know his craft well. He provides A1+ service and is attentive to the smallest details. It's often hard to find a good barber... when one moves and uproots. I'm so blessed to have found Lee and will not be getting my hair cut anywhere else as long as Lee is working his craft! My god he put me together I had not gotten a hair cut in way too long and I came in there looking like a creature from the depths. This man is a profe...ssional he does the research on what your hair normally looks like and what you want to look like then goes on from there. His professional judgement is on point and he goes above and beyond with the full look even did my face and nose. He listens to what you want then provides suggestions as needed if you are cool with it. He even gives advice on hair line development. Had not had a permanent barber for a solid 5 years until now. Poor customer service some people as a single mother and a nurse who works a lot doesn’t have the luxury of booking in advance so asked if several day...s were an option for an appointment and because I said I would have to look elsewhere this barber who I was loyal to for years blocked me from booking definitely poor customer service! Not sure why your number is listed if you want to only book in the app which I have done multiple times using this account. Wish you the best but you know the real truth. Show more

Please do not use the single mother/Nurse as a excuse,this app is 24/7 booking,if the day you want ain't available then you simply pick another day,Ive went above and beyond for you and every time you have rejected my appointment and times even when I tried to squeeze him in,you then took your son somewhere else to get his haircut because of poor planning on your part,You don’t even use the app like you suppose to,you just logged in just so you can leave a negative review,Your blocked from making appoints and calling & texting me because your indecisive and you bother me with text about same day appointments,when clearly you know that’s not a option,Ma’am I’m solid over here my 200+ reviews show that,And as far as communication everything you need is right here on the app IF YOU actually used it,You leaving a 1star review shows the kinda time you have on your hands,couldn’t find time to check the app to book but got time to leave 1 star reviews
