Lakitria was pleasant upon approach. She accommodated a last minute request of a service change and took her time with my hair although it was matted ...and lacked moisture.. She is very conversational and creates an environment that cultivates openness. it was good and pretty good service and the shop is giving all in one but the glue she hauled doesn’t last, kept my melt band on like my life depended... on it about it lasted about a few days maybe a lil week, when it came out the glue was all on my hair and then she didn’t bleach my knots bc the dude upfront took me to the wrong place, it’s the worst but not the best, i think she’s just best at sew ins bobs and etc, take it how you take it stay blessed.
