I am an independent nail technician who specializes in nail care as well as educating and have a passion for what I do. Independent Nails LLC also specializes in making and selling organic natural bas...ed skin care products to help maintain your nail maintenance while away from your nail tech. Always accepting new clientele! There is a MANDATORY non refundable deposit due at the time of scheduling, (which will be automatically calculated when you book) and will go toward your service and cancellation if need be. If however your deposit isn't paid, your appointment will not be confirmed. NO EXCEPTIONS. NEW CLIENTS: Please provide correct information when booking. After booking, the address will be sent the day before your appointment. Also for foreign fills, there's a $20 up charge. LATE POLICY and RESCHEDULING: There is a late fee of $10 if you are 10 minutes late. Anything past 10 minutes, requires an automatic reschedule and a $15 rebooking fee, which does not go toward your service. If you have to reschedule an appointment, please do so 24 hours in advance to keep deposit secured! Same day RESCHEDULING will require a fee of $10. You will only have one time to reschedule the same appointment, after that, you will have to book another appointment and pay another deposit. Please be mindful of time for the sake of other customers. My clients will not be inconvenienced. NO CALL/ NO SHOW Policy: NO CALL/ NO SHOWS will not be able to book future appointments. Please be mindful and communicate. We all know life happens. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please provide us with a 24-hour notice of cancellation for any appointments. We reserve the right to charge for any appointments that are missed without notice. PAYMENT POLICY: All deposits and payments must be paid on the booking site, balances must be paid in cash. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credits on products or services. Repair Policy: We have a 2 day repair policy on nail services, we will happily fix a needed repair free of charge, but it has to be within the 2 calendar days of original appointment. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET YOUR MASK. No mask, NO SERVICE. Masks are available for purchase $2 If you come in without a mask, you will be charged for one. (it will be added at checkout)

There is a mandatory deposit on all service’s, which will be calculated upon booking. Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid the fee.
