Was desperately seeking a new braider, and so glad I found Nse. The appt was confirmed within an hour of me booking. Shop was easy to find, had wifi, ...a good show on TV, snacks for clients. Nse was very prompt and we were done right around the time she allocated for the service which was a plus, because I’ve had plenty of braiders who clearly were a lot slower than what they led clients to believe. Don’t book with her unless you want to waste your time. She’s very unprofessional, she had me waiting a hour and a half for her to show up. She lied a...nd said she left her house at 6am to get to the salon, it doesn’t take 4 hours to get there from where she said she was coming from. She braids slow af and her work is sloppy. She pays people ransoms to leave good reviews don’t be deceived Reply: As I stated before her work is sloppy meaning, her parts are uneven and the braids in the front aren’t even close to the same length. I asked her not to dip my hair at the appointment so I can finish braiding the rest of the hair down because they weren’t butt length. Now she’s lying about checking in on me during the appointment, she knows good and well we didn’t exchange words until I asked if we could take a break. She’s on here acting like I cussed her out or threatened her, all I did was tell her how unprofessional she is. She wasn’t worth the little $200 I paid Show more

I indeed was 1 hour and 3 minutes late to our 9am appointment. I cannot control accidents on the road or road closures, I can only control my communication to you. I showed up 10:03, you went off on me the moment you saw me. I apologized profusely. You were upset and i completely understood. I gave you $50 off instead of the initial $30 I said in text. I tried to be accommodating. I was nice to you. Apologetic. Tried to shift the energy. You were not having it & very rude to me the entire appointment. I humbled myself. As upset as you were, I’m honestly suprised you wanted to continue with the appointment. And on my end, I just wanted to ensure you left feeling the exact opposite. I started your hair at 10:15. We finished at 6:30pm for small knotless braids, butt length. I thought we did exceptional on time, as my books state to expect an 8 hour time duration for that style. Your hair came out very pretty despite you not allowing me to trim or dip the braids, but very very far from sloppy. I checked in with you periodically throughout the appointment. you weren't receptive at some points and when you were, very rude and demeaning. nonetheless, I hope the style grows on you! I have a feeling your disdain displayed towards me is far from my being late. Seems to be a very personal issue. Regardless, as I said to you before, I hope your day gets better, & God bless you. Again I apologize for the inconvinience I caused by my tardiness and I’m sorry this didn’t work out for us.
