I had the first appointment of day and Staff arrived ...on time and started services right away, conversation, entertainment, energy all top tier first thing in the morning lol. This was my first time visiting TLB today. The experience was phenomenal. All the ladies in the shop are very welcoming and make you feel like family.... The owner is absolutely a doll.A heart ❤️ of gold. Ro was my stylist and she did an amazing job. Jordan that works front desk phones ahead to assure your still on schedule and if your going to make it to your appointment.Melanie was very knowledgeable when I went in to book my appointment,I mean I can keep going. I booked last minute for retwist and style and received much more. I reached out to Ms.Kay about a particular hairstyle because I had an event to atte...nd the very next night out of town. She went out of her way to make sure I was well accommodated. Qua, Thank you for slaying my retwist and adding the razzle dazzle. I got a half up and half down with my locs and it looks so great.
