I always have an amazing experience at The Loc'd Bar! My regular stylist didn't have any slots available, but she introduced me to Qua, and I'm so gla...d she did. Qua is incredibly creative and gave me a fresh look that I absolutely love! I also want to shout out to Jordan. His motivational words really inspired me, and hearing his perspective on my new style was uplifting. Jordan's customer service skills are on point, might I add! I can’t forget the other stylist either, she was equally motivating and made me feel so confident. I've received so many compliments on my hair, and I couldn't be happier with the results. First time and will be returning.I was fortunate to be with Robbie.The receptionist recommended Robbie when i asked if I could bring my own product( h...omemade flax seed gel).However,it was not meant for me to bring because I left it.Once I arrived, Robbie got to it,she reassured me when i got there speaking about products.I picked loc ropes for my locs(3 years), and Robbie did her thang.She is knowledgeable,kind,down to earth and just real chill.She even so much was ready to help me if anyhting went down because I could drop this baby anytime now.All I can say is top of the line. I’ve been loc’d for many years and this is the first time going to someone new. Learning experience for myself and the stylist. First and only time cu...stomer. I did not inform her of my preferred parting. She did not ask nor examine my parting before starting. My parting is inconsistent with various parting shapes and no longer crescent shape as I came in with. Block or square parting was created in the back. I am highly upset. My hair regrowth was long and thick, however I feel she as over her head. Way too much gel was used, gummy undried sticky gel on some and flaky and white spots throughout which is unsightly. Priced too high for amateur work. Highly disappointed in service. Show more

im sorry that you did not have a good experience. I do know that you haven’t had a retwist in a year so by the time you informed your stylist of the parts she was finishing your retwist. Going a year without maintaining your hair can cause you to lose your previous pattern….
