One of the best experiences I’ve had at a barber shop. From the second I walked in, Ozzy greeted me like we’d known each other for years,super friendl...y, laid-back, and professional. The shop had a chill vibe, clean setup, and good music playing in the background, which instantly made me feel comfortable. Ozzy asked what kind of cut I wanted, and when I gave him a general idea, he offered suggestions that actually made the cut look way better than I imagined. You could tell he had an eye for detail and knew his craft. Throughout the cut, he checked in to make sure I liked how it was shaping up, and the conversation was easy, like talking to a good friend, not just someone doing a job. He finished the cut and I walked out feeling sharp and refreshed. Ozzy didn’t just give a haircut, he gave a full experience, and that’s rare. Safe to say I’ll be going back to him from now on.
