I don’t usually leave reviews, but I want to share my experience so others know what to expect. The shop itself was very welcoming, especially for a f...irst-time visitor. After receiving a disappointing haircut from Krissy, the owner went out of his way to stay late and do everything he could to fix it. He even offered not to charge me, which I genuinely appreciated. That said, I believe Krissy could benefit from additional training. While I understand experiences can vary, not taking the time to check in with a client or explain what you’re doing is not the level of service I look for. Additionally, trying to justify a haircut the client clearly feels unhappy with comes across as unprofessional. Despite the situation, the owner impressed me by taking accountability and doing his best to make things right. Show more
