There is a 15 min grace period for clients to show for appointments, after 15 mins appointment is cancelled and considered no show. -No show fee=cancellation fee which is 50% of service. -Please cancel all appointments within 48 or more hours. -Last minute cancellations will be charged 50% of service if they are not cancelled within 48 hours. -Only Clients ages 7 and up with appointments are allowed. -Hair must be detangled before all services.
